Part-Time Remote Business Development Specialist


We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Part-Time Remote Business Development Specialist to identify and secure new clients and projects that align with our company's expertise and growth objectives. This is a flexible, remote position ideal for a proactive individual with a passion for building relationships and driving business growth. You will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and contributing directly to our success.



Responsibilities:



  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients and projects through various online and offline channels (e.g., professional networking, industry research, online databases).

  • Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with potential clients through personalized outreach strategies, including email, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Compensation and Benefits:


Percentage of Per-Client Billing: You will earn a competitive percentage of the revenue generated from the clients you successfully bring on board. Specific details regarding the commission structure will be discussed during the interview process.

Influencer Marketing Specialist (Remote/Flexible)



We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our influencer collaborations and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of digital trends, influencer landscapes, and content strategy, with a proven ability to drive brand engagement and performance through partnerships.



This is a flexible, remote-friendly position perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, brand storytelling, and building strong relationships in the influencer ecosystem.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Influencer Research & Outreach: Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize, plan, and execute influencer marketing campaigns tailored to brand and audience goals.

  • Negotiation & Contracting: Manage outreach, negotiations, and deliverables with clarity on expectations and KPIs.

  • Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to monitor content reach, engagement, conversions, and campaign ROI.

  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align messaging and creative across campaigns.

  • Trend Awareness: Stay current with influencer trends, platform changes, and industry innovations.

  • Reporting: Deliver post-campaign reports with insights and suggestions for improvement.



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Deep understanding of influencer platforms and online communities.

  • Proficiency with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends and storytelling.



Preferred Skills:



  • Experience with affiliate or performance-based influencer models.

  • Background in D2C, fashion, lifestyle, tech, or FMCG industries.

  • Creative writing or content development experience is a plus.



Compensation:
